Holistic Health Practitioners Wanted!
SunDo Taoist Yoga & Meditation Center seeks holistic health practitioners from all fields to be a part of our growing center in West Hartford. To offer a wider diversity of services, we are partnering with practitioners of massage therapy, tai chi, chi kung, reiki (including sharing circles), meditation, yoga (with an emphasis on the breath and/or meditation), yoga therapy, dance, metaphysical discussion groups, and spiritual study programs.

Our center has its own parking, and is located less than minute from West Hartford Center and directly across from Blue Back Square. It is an ideal location for practitioners who would like to be in the heart of West Hartford's business district, yet contained within a quiet, serene practice space. Available time slots for your practice are weekdays from 8:30 am to 6:15 pm and from 8:15 pm to 10 pm, Saturdays after 11 am, and anytime on Sundays. Please send an email expressing interest to questions@sundo.org. You will receive a description of our Alternative Health Program along with an application. New practitioners are encouraged to inquire!

"When you plant lettuce, if it does not grow well, you don't blame the lettuce.

You look for reasons it is not doing well. It may need fertilizer, or more water, or less sun. You never blame the lettuce.

Yet if we have problems with our friends or family, we blame the other person. But if we know how to take care of them, they will grow well, like the lettuce.

Blaming has no positive effect at all, nor does trying to persuade using reason and argument. That is my experience.

No blame, no reasoning, no argument, just understanding. If you understand, and you show that you understand, you can love, and the situation will change."
