Spring is in the air! Join us as we seek to transform our energy at the SunDo Vermont Retreat Center. The intent of this retreat is to build our connection to the earth. Come immerse yourself in nature in a supportive community while refining your energy through Taoist yoga & meditation, healthy meals, outdoor exercise and good friends! You will want to bring a journal, as there will be personal time to reflect, relax, write and walk in nature.

A meditative labyrinth walk in the forest for setting intentions and gaining insight. acting as a real life mandala, the labyrinth helps us to find the center.
The breath is our closest connection to spirit within any practice! Deepen your knowledge of breathwork in the Taoist tradition.
