SunDo Retreats

The intention during a SunDo Retreat creates an environment where meditation and energy building are the primary focus. For practitioners of all levels, retreats enhance personal connections to self and others, encourage living close to nature, and offer opportunities to participate in new challenges. SunDo Retreats provide a community space to refine SunDo practice for healing and transformation. Beginners are welcome!

The Poil Retreat Center

Our sister center in Korea, the Poil Retreat Center, is a spacious facility that opened in June 2005. Retreats at Poil are available through private bookings only. Poil also houses the International Institute for SunDo-Taoist Cultural Research (IISCR) founded by Master Hyunmoon Kim.
