Enlighten Up! Film Discussion at REAL ART WAYS


On Thursday night, August 13, Master Kim led a film discussion at Real Art Ways, an independent film theater in Hartford, CT. The talk focused on yoga as a process of transformation and enlightenment. After watching the film, Enlighten Up!, the RAW audience was primed to discuss some of the film's topics such as: the reason for practicing yoga; the benefits of practicing yoga; and the ultimate goal of yoga practice.
