Taoist Three Treasures
Master Hyunmoon Kim

The Three Treasures --Jing, Qi and Shen–are energies cultivated by Taoist Internal Alchemy. If Jing is a candle’s wax, and Qi is a candle’s wick & flame, then Shen is the radiant light of the flame. The Three Treasures correspond to the navel (lower dan tian), third eye (upper dan dian) and heart (middle dan tian) chakras. In this video clip, Master Kim discusses the lower dan tian and it's significance in enabling a person to reach an enlightened state.
