Sundo.org - SunDo Centers Worldwide

The SunDo community is made up of practitioners from all walks of life. Whether at local centers or weekend retreats, SunDo brings people together who share a common bond: a commitment to practicing a positive and healthy way of life.

Contact information is provided for practice groups at the locations below. Please call the local contact person of the class nearest you for schedules and fees. Some centers also have their own web presence. Selecting a link in the list below will lead you to a page with more details about that center.

If you are not in driving distance of a class, please contact us for more information about a possible distance membership. Distance memberships require attendance at one 3-day retreat per year and a $200 annual fee. This membership also includes instructional materials in addition to email and/or phone contact with a SunDo mentor teacher.

If you have questions about SunDo practice or retreats, please send us an email. SunDo is taught directly from teacher to student. We do not have instructional books, manuals or CDs available for purchase.
