SunDo Organization
Founded in 1979 in the United States, SunDo Mountain Taoism has grown from a small practice group to a world-wide organization. Leaders of the organization devote a significant amount of time teaching and practicing the SunDo Mountain Taoist principles as a way of life.

Master (Boup Sa Nim)
Master Hyunmoon Kim is one of 17 masters sanctioned by Taoist Hermit Bekyung. With a PhD in the Philosophy of the Human Sciences, Master Kim integrates contemporary knowledge of western psychology with his traditional eastern training in SunDo Mountain Taoist practice. His life work is to make this authentic practice accessible to all people in the West. By teaching and exemplifying the potential for human development and higher consciousness, Master Kim helps people greatly improve the quality of their lives through SunDo.
Associate Masters (Boup Sa Bo)
Ron Catabia joined SunDo Mountain Taoism in 1988 and is the founder of the Easthampton SunDo Center in Massachusetts. Promoted to SunDo Teacher in 1996 and then to Associate Master in 2007, Ron is committed to researching and developing a western perspective on Taoist psychology. He currently lives in Tae-an, South Korea and teaches English at a university there.

 
Philippe Lewkowicz, a SunDo member since 1987, was promoted to Associate Master in 2007. He has been practicing SunDo for over 18 years and is the director of the Paris SunDo Center. His goal is to expand the practice of SunDo in France and other areas of Europe.

 
Tora Strawderman, promoted to Associate Master in 2007, founded the Los Angeles SunDo Center and currently practices in Florida.

 
Wendy Larman began SunDo practice in 1989. She trained as a registered massage therapist specializing in Craniosacral Therapy and founded the SunDo Center in Lillooet, British Columbia. Wendy was promoted to Associate Master in 2007.

Teachers (Sa Bum Nim)
Granted a Teacher certificate in 2005, Lucie Lambert is part of a small group of dedicated practitioners in Vancouver. While teaching, she connects to others through grounding and centering, and SunDo breathing.

 
Virginia Platt, promoted to Teacher in 2007, coordinates facility management, retreat programming and residency stays at the SunDo Retreat Center in Barnet, VT. She also teaches SunDo classes in St. Johnsbury, VT.

 
Betsy Forrest, promoted to Teacher in 2008, is the coordinator for the Central Vermont SunDo Center in Montpelier.
